PARTICIPATION RULES

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Participants must have an active Facebook or Instagram account.
Employees of Happy Smile Clinics and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

This giveaway is only open to residents of Malta and prizes will only be awarded to Maltese citizens.

HOW TO ENTER

Follow: Follow the official Happy Smile Clinics account on Instagram and/or Facebook.

Engage: Like the giveaway post.

Tag: Comment on the giveaway post, tagging three friends. Each participant can only tag different friends in one comment. Multiple entries with the same friends will be disqualified.

Submit: Each valid entry will be considered for the draw. The more friends tagged (in separate comments), the higher the chances of winning.

FRAUD PREVENTION RULES

Unique Accounts Only: Participants must enter with genuine, personal accounts. Entries from fake or multiple accounts owned by the same individual will be disqualified.

Valid Friend Tags: Friends tagged must be real and active accounts. Tags of inactive or fake accounts will lead to disqualification.

Fair Play: Any attempts to manipulate the giveaway through bots, scripts, or other fraudulent means will result in immediate disqualification from the contest.

Duplicate Winners: If a participant is selected as a winner in more than one category, they will only receive the highest value prize they qualify for. Additional wins will be redrawn to ensure the prizes are distributed among different participants.

DRAW PROCESS

Winners will be selected randomly during a live draw on 17 September 2024.

The draw will be conducted fairly, and results will be announced immediately on the live stream.

Winners will also be notified via direct message on the platform they entered through within 48 hours of the draw.

CLAIMING PRIZES

Winners must respond to the notification message within 7 days to claim their prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners must visit Happy Smile Clinics by January 1, 2025 and begin their treatment. If the treatment has not been initiated by this date, the prize will be forfeited.

Publicity:

By participating, entrants agree to allow Happy Smile Clinics to use their names, photos, and testimonials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

To ensure fairness, please review the following rules before entering.

FLIGHT & ACCOMODATION

Flight tickets must be purchased by October 1, 2024.

Category 1, 2 and 3 winners will pay for their own flight tickets and hotel fees. Hotel accommodation is €75 per night. Category 4 winners  will pay for their own flight tickets and will have their hotel fees covered by Happy Smile Clinics.

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Fake accounts will lead to disqualification.

Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.

Treatments must be initiated by January 1, 2025, or the prize will be forfeited.
